When shopping for a kitchen for our renovation project, I was overwhelmed by the number of companies, but underwhelmed by the choice of designs. A friend recommended that I got in touch with Modern British. I'm so glad I did! From first to last, the service was superb, and I firmly believe that the quality of the kitchen I had installed is second to none. Our designer, Peter put so much effort into the design, making sure that we got the perfect kitchen for us. He managed our budget (okay, we went a bit over budget, but that was because of our extensive wish list) and made sure that the whole installation process went smoothly, communicating with our builders directly. There were a couple of minor issues with the installation, but they were dealt with promptly and in time for us moving back in. Our old kitchen was awful and now it's our favourite room in the house. We chose from the Horizon Range, which looks really modern, but has really lovely natural wood features, which keeps our space looking homely. They colour matched the kitchen doors to a dark blue kitchen on our Pinterest board. It's stunning! They also built some custom designed cabinets for our lounge with lighting that is controlled by our Alexa! Snazzy!! The only thing missing now is being able to invite my friends round for dinner. We can't wait for post lockdown dinner parties!!
