Dont let them cancel your appointments!!! NHS patients battle to be seen!!! Seems to be a common theme here! They struck my family off the NHS register without telling us, after they cancelled our appointments during covid! No notification, no apology, ignored the messages left and emails, asked me to prove it wasnt our fault. Once did so, they then continued to ignore me once again. When we called we were just told, no longer with us, how much we would like to pay on a tariff to come back. I am now trying to desperately find somewhere else now with a 9 yr old that urgently needs a check up. I have never experienced such an awful lack of care and consideration for others. This is not a service this a business and one that is only interested in how much you pay. Such a shame, it is not what it used to be.

Abysmal service. I called because one of my fillings by them has come out to be told I am not longer a patient because I haven't had a check up during the last 3 yrs (pandemic) despite them actually doing work on my teeth during that time. No notification this was going to happen or had happened. So won't help with a tooth in agony unless I go private with them. Despite also being disabled on ESA and Pip. Terrible.

Had a filling on the 12/02/2019 which fell out the following day. Phoned to explain/complain and told they'd be in touch. Well nearly 3 years later I get a letter to say I'm due a check up. Phoned to explain and then told I'll still have to pay the check up fee to confirm their mistake. Absolute joke.

Seems to be a common theme here! They struck my family off the NHS register without telling us, after they cancelled our appointments during covid!
