Absolutely terrible I been coming here for years. I want my nails taken off unfortunately the person did not take the article nails off soaked them for 5 minutes then just filed them. 2 cuts around the nail bed. Normal really happy but was very disappointing really felt they could be bothered. Also the 2 gentleman that worked there today was extremely rude to my daughter which uses all the service hair extensions eye brows waxing and lashes she goes every 2 weeks for year. Your rudeness has lost out custom. Very disappointed. Think about your customers that have supported you for years. Service: Acrylic nails

never used to have an issue here but the past 3 times including today had just been the most uncomfortable experience. i myself am trained in all aspects of nails (i cant do them on myself) and every single time the drills are too hot, too fast, too rough. today was just the last straw, i go in for infills and gel. i walk in and instantly said i NEED to pay on card. i get seated at the nail desk and this lady (who is lovely) but clearly is not trained, and not trained to use an E-file. which you NEED ti be qualified in! poor girl clearly didnt feel comfortable in what she was doing and was burning the sides of my fingers, again drill too high and too hot. then the next lady starts trying to remove my nails, then continues to say i needed a new set not infills so i explained to her i cant do it this time but i can next time (said this about 3 times) and then in response to this, she starts drilling with the hardest drill bit really fast into my nail and carving out where she wants ti remove, this is making me so so uncomfortable at this point where i sit forward and say to her fine ill just do a new set! (i didnt even want a new set its just because i was so uncomfortable and needed this to stop, my nails were so hot and hurting) then a boy takes over and hes fine and finishes them off, but both the 2nd girl and the boy were so so rude. never felt like this before in a nail shop!!!
