        My first visit to the branch since 2017 to obtain 50 notes for a birthday present. Immediately I was accosted by Joshua, yes I mean accosted. I know bank branches are sales opportunities for the company rather providing a service. But I was offended to the point of deciding to leave Santander.

        Went into pay some 2 coins into my account only to be told I couldn't as they have no counter service anymore this is ridiculous, I was told to go to postoffice
