Hi all, I had a pedicure in the salon Sunday, 16th April. The pedicure itself was good, the nail technician I had did a great job and took time and attention with everything. However..... I'm leaving a 1 star review based off of the fact that towards the end of the pedicure I noticed something moving along the floor out of the corner of my eye, as did the technician. To my horror, It was indeed a mouse moving along the skirting board of the salon and behind the chair. I froze in my chair and expected the technician to react, however she just carried on painting my top coat. Would not recommend from a hygiene perspective. Service: Pedicure

Lovely chillaxing salon. However, the staff needs to learn customer service skills. Every visit i make, I experience hostile attitudes, whether towards myself or other customers (unless you're one of their favourites) topped off by then speaking in their language while roughly grabbing your hand and not listening to your requests. When it comes to choosing a colour and you might want a 2nd opinion, it comes across like you're asking too much . Very distasteful service, don't know why I keep going back there.

Best nail job I've had. She didn't make my nails thick with acrylic. Nice fine layer and I can pick up anything!
