The presentation, quality of content and stock availability on their website compared to the few high street stores I have visited are polar opposite! The stores I have visited all look as if they're on a 'closing down sale' with only remnants of the most hideous styled carpets or pointless available sizes that could barely cover the floor plan of a phone box And yes having the benefit and reassurance you get from the human element I'd much prefer to do all my dealings via the website.

Samuel and Phil were extremely helpful, and they gave us lots of advice. I still call Samuel for the problem I have with the contractors and always replies promptly. Thank you so much Samuel and Phil.

As an older and partially invalid person, I normally ignored and passed onto someone else. Thankfully Sam was very helpful and patient in helping me choose and get my carpet. Professional to the core Sam really helped me in my purchase.

Went to shop today at 1330.. Should have been open.. Was closed... That's the third time. Went to the Clapham store twice this week, Tuesday and Friday, and closed both times due to flooding

HORRIBLE Do not trust their schedules, literally I came 3 times when they suppose to be open and they are not, , they never answer the phone
