Extremely rude and unwelcoming lady behind the counter. On more than one occasion she has been unpleasant to myself, other customers, and people I know who have visited Sense - it has completely put me off going there. Id like to add that one of her colleagues (male) is really nice and helpful.

Staff are very miserable and place is overpriced, anyone would think it was in an upmarket area!

Not cheap. Had a man sitting in the door area and then hiding around the shop watching people and mumbling to himself in another language.
