Gone down the pan . All the good old staff gone such a shame. All about money and no patient care

Honestly the worst GP. Lazy receptionists, incompetent doctors. The other day my friends daughter hd been feeling sick and had a sore throat for over 2 weeks. The doctors said she was fine, however it worsened to the point she lost her voice. Doctors again said she was fine. Later we went to a different GP and they told my friend she had a bacterial infection in her throat that worsened because the doctors said she was fine. Honestly a disgrace, I have one friend whose mum was feeling terrible and drowsy, she could barely get up. They went to this GP 6 times doctors said she was fine. My friend knew something wasnt right so she went to the hospital and found out her mum had the last stage of cancer. Later she died because of the doctors in this GP kept telling my friend that everything was fine with her mum when in reality she was battling with cancer. After this incident the GP wrote a letter to my friend saying her behaviour to the staff was intolerable. My friend had the right to be angry to the doctors who could have prevented the death of her mother.

Midwife services - Id recommend, I have Charity who is just so lovely and puts you at ease. Team are as responsive as us reasonable over email (non-emergency), really happy with care received during my two pregnancies to date.

I've been a patient at the Aylesbury Medical center for over 20 years. Over the past 5 months it's impossible to obtain an appointment. My 7 year old is sick and needs to be seen by a doctor. They no longer book appointments, they advise you to call the emergency line at 8am which nobody picks up. When you eventually get through they advise you to call back 14.00. At 14.00 exactly the same thing happens. I have not gone there in person at 8 maybe that is the only way to obtain an appointment. I will now take my son A& E.

They start the day with something ridiculous like 3 appointments available so you have more chance of winning the lottery than you do getting even a telephone appointment let alone a face to face.
