Facilities at this storage company are clean, neat and well-secured and the staff working at reception is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. One major issue with this company is their tendency to raise monthly charges without any prior notice. In my case, I experienced an increase of over 40/month in just 20 months, which is completely unacceptable for a small room the size of a wardrobe. Their strict late payment policy is unnecessarily harsh. Even if you miss your payment by just a few minutes, you'll be immediately charged a 10 late fee. And if you don't pay the overdue balance within 3 days, they'll hit you with another 10 charge. It's a clear money-grabbing scheme that doesn't benefit their customers in any way. I was charged for 3 extra days after I left the room empty and clean, simply because I didn't give enough notice beforehand. Additionally, if you require extended access to your storage room outside of normal reception hours, they will charge you extra. You have to purchase your own lock, and they offer their own ultra-expensive one at their front desk. They force you to sign up for insurance coverage and the premiums are charged every month. Etc, etc. When it comes to moving your items to or from their storage, the company offers no assistance whatsoever. They won't provide any transportation services or even recommend a reputable moving company to their customers. It would have been much more helpful if they had partnered with a reliable transportation company and offered a discounted rate for their clients. Feel free to storage with them, but beware of the hidden fees and money-grabbing schemes - a storage company that prioritises profits over customer satisfaction.

Great facility - clean and modern. The staff are really personable, especially Katy. She was so lovely and helpful. She kept things simple and processed everything efficiently. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience with Michelle. Very professional and helpful. Only drawback is the paperwork, terms and conditions bit is very long winded. Other than that, highly recommended!

The storage is clean, dry and safe, but that is all. It is EXTORTIONATELY EXPENSIVE and recently put up its prices by 20% ACCESS to your things is VERY LIMITED because opening hours are VERY SHORT 8am - 5pm and even shorter hours at the weekend til 4 pm. It is truly scandalous that they can get away with such short opening hours and that they can charge so much. You can extends access for 24 hrs for additional 5. - which only proves that the technology is there and in place to make access available for longer, but they want to squeese every last pound from their customers. You also have to pay additionally for insurance. There may be some cheaper storage places, but generally we live in the RIP OFF ERA and this is a GREAT RIP OFF outlet. A very reluctant user.
