I went to Wandsworths shop to sell some jewelry and the person who appraised it was very unprofessional and first told me that it was not gold when I am 100 percent sure that it is 18-carat gold and finally damaged an earring. initially he didn't want to answer and then he said they were an accident. while I was waiting for a solution they told me that they would buy the jewelry hahaha after they said it was not gold. terrible experience!
