Really dissapointed it cost me over 200 for my family of five and it was not worth it. The play was poor you did not get time to finish your activity and had to finish it at home, the food was extortionate and to be honest not very winter wonderlandy. Good points santa was great the fairy was fab and the hot chocolate man was decent. It was a real shame as we were so looking forward to going.

Absolutely fantastic! Everything is so well planned and not over crowded. We want to go back again next year but book a lodge. Kids were over the moon that Santa had some insider info on them too.

Absolutely amazing day, the kids loved it from start to finish. Edit - had to change my 5 star to 4 star due to the internet quality in the lodges, we paid extra for guaranteed WiFi, but the internet is extremely limited, I was unable to access even sports blog sites, or update Disney+ on the Xbox. I also match bet for guaranteed returns and was unable to access any sites I needed, so it cost much more then it should have, really disappointing when you're paying that much for 2 nights. The lodges are beautiful to be fair, and everything else is of very high quality.

Lovely place to stay lodges are great very clean and hot tub amazing. The event was good 4 excellent shows throughout the day. Had food in restaurant on night was lovely as well.
