Would give less than 1 star if possible. Went here as my usual cattery was full. Cat stayed for 5 days. I told the owner that my cat needed her thyroid tablets every day (otherwise pressure is added to her heart putting her at risk) I reminded her several times and put the tablets in a folder with my cats name on. When I collected her I asked if she was ok taking tablets as the owner said she had been eating a lot. She looked confused then said"oh well she must have been" - I thought this an odd response. Went to get my cat at which point the owner pushed her way into the room and blocked the door - she put my cat in the carrier and asked me to check the latch (I thought this a little strange) I then heard her popping the tablets out of their foil! - I moved past her and saw she had emptied the tablets into the cat bed and tried to cover them with the blanket! When I asked what she was doing she said "nothing". I said " I can see you have just emptied 5 bright pink tablets into the cat bed" - she denied this AGAIN! I picked the tablets out of the blanket and showed them her - she said "oh I must have forgot one of the days"- there were FIVE tablets - she eventually admitted that she had not given my cat any of her thyroid tablets - not one!!!! Not only that - she LIED to my face. Do not take your pets here- You've been warned
