Marks awesome and coached me through a full distance IM. Id never competed in a triathlon before nor had I been on a road bike or swam open water but Mark helped me not only with a tailored training program but also all the dumb and silly questions I had purchasing gear and race day prep. Mark was brilliant and is very patient, he understood trying to balance work and training and each week we tailored the program to focus on weak areas, injury prevention and weather!

Fantastic Gym to go to. The whole process has given me my confidence and waistline back! Mark's knowledge, enthusiasm and humour make workouts fun... Body shape has improved and feel great! Highly recommend... Love it! Great for body & soul....

I used to suffer from recurring pain in my shins after running. On tailored advice from Mark Lee in 2016 I adjusted my training regimen and changed the design of training shoe I purchase. I have not had pain since, and I now run faster and further at 32 than I could at 25! I highly recommend Mark and his expertise.

Before commencing training with Mark I was used to going to the gym but had completely lost all enthusiasm for it! A sedentary job and many miles in a car everyday meant I was overweight and unfit. I desperately wanted to feel more confident about myself and having found an interest in Triathlon; wanted to significantly improve. Especially my run-which until now had been poor to non-existent! I had worked with some personal trainers before but had always felt somewhat let down so I was nervous about coming to Mark but I neednt have been; it was like a breath of fresh air. He quickly got me working on my overall fitness with his beloved watt bike and helped me to set some goals for the coming months. He is incredibly motivating and manages to keep me suitably distracted with funny stories whilst still putting me through my paces with something like sprint intervals. Six months on and my running has significantly improved; having gone from being unable to run for 10 minutes without stopping to walk to completing a 10k in Oct 19. My fitness has improved and I have found enjoyment in the gym again. I still feel I have a long way to go but I have a new confidence and motivation to move into a new year, healthier and fitter, all thanks to Mark.

Ive trained with Mark on several occasions.. as well as having excellent knowledge of health, sport and fitness, he has experience, and practices what he preaches. Training sessions are easy going, fun, and encouraging, and the gym is excellent too. I would fully recommend Mark to anyone looking to help improve their fitness and understanding of health. :) Jase H
