        I have visited the Phone Shop several times in the past 2 years, Covid permitting. I'm not particularly tech savvy so need to ask for help which can be be quite embarrassing. Chris and Robert were so helpful and took time to explain what I needed know so I felt no embarrassment when sharing my ignorance. i was shocked to read critical reviews about this business as the remarks did not match my experience. I now realize these reviews were a few years old. I recommend this business wholeheartedly and suggest people ignore any negative reviews. They are not now relevant to the present business. Chris and Robert are a great team and provide a very professional, honest and friendly service.

        I would just like to say a big thank you to the person who helped my husband with a sim card for his new mobile today. You were really patient and understanding. What a difference from my visit to Three in Powis Street who put the wrong sim card in. Thanks again
