Scope

I saw an amazing dress in the window, but the store was closed. Although they could not open the store, Pippa and her colleague were still happy to support me by answering my queries about the dress even after working hours. I called the next day to explain that I really wanted to purchase the dress for a friend but I live a few hours away from the store. They offered me the opportunity to make a payment over the phone - I accepted. Pippa even went to the post office to get postage prices for me. This team really went above and beyond to support me with my purchase. I could not ask for better customer service! Every time I think that the world seems a little cold, I meet some really warm hearted people. Thank you Scope, Welling.

Jasmine (manager) and Pippa were so lovely when I went in yesterday. I really enjoyed browsing and appreciated Pippa taking the time to search out some rings for me to look through. They have a lovely range of items with some mint condition graphic print T-shirts. Would deffo recommend coming along - theyll make you feel really welcome. I found a great denim jacket too!
