I ordered food via UberEats but cancelled it inmmediately as I realised it was the wrong branch, far away from where we live in Beckenham BR3. I phoned and I spoke to a rude man, having my daughter tried to talk to him. The man said to me "No problem" but I ended up losing 40+ in this transaction. UberEats only refunded me 34 and told me to take it with the Restaurant. The order was cancelled inmediately. I phoned them one week later and the man was very dismissive. They had no right to keep the money. Thiefs,

Been going to this kebab shop for over 15 years and as much as I am normally very happy with the food here recently I have started to become a little disappointed, the rice used to have a very authentic Turkish style flavour and look but now it seems to be like the microwave pouches you get from the supermarket, the chips also don't seem to be as nice as they used to be and the size of the chilli sauce pot that comes on the side is tiny think I only managed to dip about 10 chips in before it was gone! I am really not normally one to write reviews or moan in general but feel we are paying a hell of a lot more for all our take aways nowadays and staying loyal to our local businesses the least I expect is a standard above what I can do indoors.
