Can't go wrong with either discipline, beginners and advanced members in all.
The coaches are very good, one of the best I've come across from so many I've been to in London. Unlike others, it's structured and explained clearly and patiently with teachers taking their time going around to make sure each pair have understood and using correct techniques etc.
Pricing not bad either.
