Boilers R Us

Had a new boiler installed and three rads changed. The two engineers arrived on time and worked to ensure the job was completed by mid-afternoon. Both were polite and left the premises clean and tidy. Very pleased with the new boiler. Also, I would mention the Welling branch staff who have been very helpful throughout the whole process!

Had boiler installed well and in short time frame with reasonable price, really recommended. I asked for 3 quotes to 3 plumbers in the area and boiler R Su was the most competitive, a parity of boiler make/model installed. The day after I called a gentleman came over for a free quote. In one week the boiler was up and running. Also the pipes and the complementary works were all carried out in within the quote amount, no surprises. Technician was Steve and he did a very accurate job. Thank you

Very disappointed with their service in Welling . Its less than a year we installed boiler with them last week had issue when was -3 outside, didn't yet any response on our message, when we went their told the next availably slot its in 10 days . And we had to call someone else who fix the problem in 5 mins .

Just had a service done on my boiler by Boilers R Us. They did a great job. Arrived on the time agreed and where very reasonably priced. I have used this company on many occasions and will continue to do so and advise anyone looking for a service they provide to use them also. Many thanks to the engineer and the office staff for making the process as easy and affordable as they did.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed. The engineer who installed our boiler was fabulous. Super efficient, very professional, cleaned up after himself, explained through the process how everything would work. There was a slight hitch that evening after the boiler had been installed, but he called me late that night to say he would be back first thing in the morning to fix the issue, which he did. Would highly recommend!
