Cookes of Fakenham - Vindis

I could never recommend this place. Horrific experience. Service manager is the rudest most confrontational person Ive ever met. Car was in for warranty repair a while back for water ingress and the car was damaged whilst in their possession. Denied it was them and extremely rude about it.made out I damaged it myself and I was trying to get it fixed for free which is crazy. Ended up having to report the issue to upper management of vindis group to get it resolved. Even when the repair was made it was done to a poor standard, had to send my car away to Cambridge to get fixed. Came back with haze marks and milky paint work where it hadnt been polished properly after spray repair. Was told by service manager thats the best Im going to get and wont be getting anything g else off them. Would never use ever again and debatable wether the service manager should even be working in a customer focused based role.

Fantastic service, very professional, friendly and relaxing environment. They really look after you, I recently purchased a VW Golf from them which I am very satisfied with as it is a huge upgrade from my old Polo. Steve Askew is very friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased a Golf from here where I was really looked after start to finish. It had a really friendly, family environment without loads of pressure and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Golf was great quality as you'd expect from main VW dealer and I would definitely recommend buying a car from here

Matt Hill was fantastic from start to finish when I bought my Golf Gti from Cookes. I bought the vehicle without seeing it first due to the distance that I live from them. Matt made it as stress free as possible for me, keeping me updated every step of the way. The car itself is awesome. I fully recommend taking a look at Cookes for your next car, and if possible, deal with Matt, you won't regret it!
