Fabulous really individualized treatment. AL was so lovely and the treatment significantly reduced my back pain. I felt so much calmer and more hopeful. Thoroughly recommend.

Al is the best reflexologist I have come across by quite some margin! Having been a fan of reflexology for over 15 years experiencing reflexology in every corner of the country I've lived in - I have finally arrived. Al has the most wonderful nature, asks all the right questions and is your calming, encouraging guide on the journey toward the goal you are seeking (and she has helped me with a few!). I experience a level of calm and relaxation with Al which is unrivalled, even in my own home during times of meditation. It is absolute bliss and I never want my appointment to finish! I recommend Al to absolutley everyone I know :)

Al is such a positive influence in the healers of the world! Made to feel absolutely welcome and at ease at my first session of reflexology and have noticed remarkable differences! 5 out of 5 every time and genuinely a wonderful person! Go and see Al!! Its an absolute must! Trust me!

I highly recommend Al. Her calming nature and nutritional knowledge add to her treatment. I always come away positive and stress free.... Just what this grumpy hormonal old woman needs!
