        Gave me false information on my first visit and had to go back and wait another two weeks for my glasses to be correct. Staff require more training so they know what they are selling. Won't go back

        Really pleasant experience, I was greeted by Hollie & Rose, very polite & professional, they made me feel at ease. I was eventually seen by Henry the optometrist, he was excellent. Totally recommend Scrivens.
