Just the best , Penny knows her stuff and her anatomy . I am a nurse and she can really identify the muscle groups that need sorting and she does just that . Leave feeling that it is money well spent and the best massage ever.

Penny is a highly professional, incredibly good massage therapist. We booked Penny to come to a holiday house and it was clear through her chat that she is very knowledgeable about her subject but also passionate about it too. Penny offered me insight into how I use my body and gave exercises to help with specific complaints like working on a pc for many hours a day, and jogging. The massage itself was one of the best I have ever had - many! - and I believe I fell asleep at the end because I was so relaxed! I would book Penny again or recommend her in a massage-sleeping second!
