        I am so annoyed that we tried to save a few hundred pounds and went with the estate agents solicitor for our sale and purchase this time round. I have used BA so many times (we move a lot and have used them for many other things) and they are always fantastic. So much so, that I have had to contact them for their help in advising my solicitor our current conveyancing!!! BA are responsive and professional and whatever your need, they will not let you down. Don't try and save a few pennies by going with cheaper options, it is not worth the stress. You get what you pay for and BA are worth every penny. I can't thank them enough for being so helpful and I have learned my lesson for next time. BA all the way from now on.

        When I read other, positive reviews, I consider those people were lucky. I am dealing indirectly with this partnership, and 'slow' is not enough to describe the tardy action taken by them on a purchase of a rental property. A more than simple transaction with no chain, no mortgage. Poor.
