Customer service is very poor. We have been with this company for 6 years and received a letter on 27/6/2016 to tel us they were to increase the minimum weekly charge to 40 from the beginning of July 2016. ONLY 5 DAYS NOTICE. Our weekly charge at the moment is 15 plus VAT. It do not state if the 40 is with or without VAT. If it is including VAT that is 125% increase. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS. When we called the Fakenham office for an explanation we were told they can not comment at the moment as they had not had TRAINING on this matter and would call us back after training. We are only a small garage workshop with three sets of overalls and one roller towel. We are obviously to small for them now. Not only that they say we have to give three months to cancel our agreement which was a two year contract signed in June 2010 but have now been told in very small print it states it is a rolling contract.
