As a former construction manager I was impressed with Chriss professional approach to the work. Chris refurbished our en-suite with new deep soak bath, comfort height w.c., wash stand and towel rail. The old tiling to the shower was covered with Multipanel board. All completed on time and within the price quoted.A tricky job well done.

We have always had a 5-star service from Christian at CTW plumbing and heating! I first asked Christian to help us with a routine boiler service which he completed efficiently, swiftly and gave us full summary of boiler condition and advice on general care. Christian was very reassuring with any of our questions and offered to help with other household needs, so we booked him to help with a leaky tap, re-sealing and some woodwork for a garden project!! Christian went above and beyond to help and we would reccomend him to anyone looking for a competent and multi-talented engineer!

Christian was amazing. Quoted us a price we were happy with and delivered an amazing service. Did what he said he was going to do when he said he would and to a high level of quality. Kept the works site clean and tidy, so much so that at the end of each day it looked as though he hadn't been there - fantastic. Christian always went the extra mile, discussing the best options to achieve what we wanted and following through to completion without any stress or bother. Would recommend Christian without hesitation and will definitely be using him again. Thanks Christian
