I saw several bad reviews but still sought him out as he was the only Woosh Electric Bike representative in Norfolk. Well I regret it! I was led to believe that I was paying a 75 inspection fee, plus VAT and that if he could repair it for that fee he would.
I dropped my electric bike off on 24th January and the date on repair invoice is 27th of February, the delay being due to a fall which he failed to have the courtesy to inform me of. The man must be around 80 yrs old yet is still taking peoples money for services he clearly has difficulty providing to a satisfactory level.
When he eventually rang he said he'd checked out the bike and found nothing wrong, but had glued a crack in the plastic battery carrier and so I owed another 15. I was astonished that he was attempting to charge me 105 to put a dob of Araldite on my bike.
