Regressive management, antiquated dusty stock offerings, no attention given to smart home / automation tech (further testament to the myopic leadership), no eCommerce presence (their website literally just has some contact details with no Point of Sale) despite old stock sitting unpurchased on shelves, rotting dead rodents in store, no running water, due to not paying the 10 hosepipe fee to a business across the road, not headed anywhere, likely bust in next 5 years. Does not disclose financials due to not being a true legal business entity (or even having a solid continuity plan for when the pretty teenaged interviewee doesn't turn up for their first day, perhaps the owner should focus on their applicants CVs not their double D's) Take your trade elsewhere, either as a consumer or business. You'll save a bag. Disclosure: I was a B2B partner of this business and was forced to terminate this arrangement due to a lack of professionalism at the management level and unfortunate disability discrimination (contrary to Equality Act 2010) on account of being prescribed medical cannabis. (As per medical cannabis act 2018), the leadership does not maintain an up to date knowledge of legislation that protects its staff and partners and as such should be avoided by anyone looking for a disability confident employer, do not expect your right to reasonable adjustments to be acknowledged by the lurch that runs this "shop", he's too busy chasing tail.
