        15 minutes before closing time on Thursday, I handed over my PC to Andrew. It had been shutting down unexpectedly with the main processor overheating, and with the long weekend ahead I thought I was going to faced with at least 4 days twiddling my thumbs and getting no work done. At 8 the next morning, Andrew rang to talk me through the options and it was ready for pick-up at 9.30. Fantastic service and at a very fair price.
