Rachel is extremely professional with a very wide knowledge of the body. She is very kind and caring and I have every confidence in her. She had done more for me in a few visits than anyone else has done in the last 10 years. I just wish I had seen her years ago. I would highly recommend her.

I was directed to Rachel by my local GP as I was diagnosed with sciatica....during my initial assessment she also picked up on my spine misalignment, which was the result of an accident I had several years ago and i have been suffering pain with ever since, these conditions required several visits to Rachel, but I am happy to report I haven't been bothered by sciatica since, and after she corrected my spine misalignment life became much more tolerable....she is a very knowledgeable and caring person, who I have no issues in recommending....

I rang Horizon Clinic in an emergency whilst on Holiday in North Norfolk after my lower back had locked up. Having a history of this, I knew that without early intervention, the remainder of the break would be painful for me and for those on holiday with me! Rachel was very understanding and found a space for me at the end of the same day. Her manor and approach we very reassuring and her treatment enabled me to contemplate the prospect of a normal holiday. Indeed. I was able to walk an eight mile walk along the coastal path the very next day. I had a follow up appointment a couple of days later which help ensure my back was behaving as it should and thanked Rachel for the skill and knowledge to put things back in place.

Following a recent car accident I decided to seek an assessment from Rachel straight away, although the impact was at a reasonably low speed the possibility of a whip injury is always a possibility, although I didn't feel much at the time, 24 hrs later was a different matter...Rachel diagnosed me with low tension in my neck and treated me with success over the course of a few weeks...yet again, for me, money well spent..over time, Rachel has treated me successfully on a few occasions...which is why, yet again I fully recommend her...

While pregnant I was suffering with severe neck pain and migraines - brought on from driving and desk work. Rachel really helped me during a time when taking painkillers wasn't an option. She has a great understanding of how the body/muscles work and suggested lots of ways I could help myself when back home too. She is very calm and professional - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her :-)
