Serious lack of communication which has cost us as well as damage and inconvenience.
No attempt of an apology or a discount until confronted repeatedly.
One apology given and accepted but no discount.
Think twice about using these guys is my advice.
To conclude days later...
The repair failed so a full refund was demanded.
Partial refund agreed with thanks after difficult negotiation.
