        Always an excessive queue. Slow staff. Last straw. Have lost me as a customer as Im now going to start the process of Changing banks. This branch is not fit for purpose.

        Poor service and was told to ring up a number to receive some help although that was a complete fail. Couldnt speak to anyone other than machine

        Very poor service, you're lucky to find a Barclays bank open these days as they want us all to go cashless, I went to the bank to pay in some coins but was told I could'nt as the cashier was closed, it was only 2:30pm one of the bank works thought this was quite funny...I'm now looking for another bank!
