        Due to phone problems (theirs not mine) it was 3 days before I got a response to my initial call about a 10 year old Bosch dishwasher that had a fault. By that time I'd got fed up, decided any fix would be short term and ordered a new one to be delivered. In the end they did phone back.

        Called this company to repair my dishwasher. Within 2 minutes informed me I needed a new pump , the cost of the part being 200-250,and promised to call me back with a firm price within a couple of days. They never got back to me despite me leaving a message on their answerphone. Called in another company and it turns out there is nothing wrong with the pump and is luckily a much cheaper fix.

        I phoned this company three times leaving my name and number as I needed my oven repairing. I ended up buying a new one and had it installed over a week ago now but still haven't heard back from this company. I won't waste my time again, in the future, by bothering with this company
