I have booked for an airport pick up and it take some extra time to get my baggage from the airport. They have waited and was very patient and helpful whole the journey. I fairly recommend them for future travels

Awful experience with redbridge radio cars! I waited more than 1hour for a taxi from the airport, they had clearly forgotten about my booking. When I called despite my email confirmation, they could not find my booking reference. When they finally sent a car, they asked me to pay more to use the motorway route instead of apologising for their mistake. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any authority controlling and checking their services. I will not be using them again, despite living in this area.

Poor experience in general, drivers try to upcharge you for going on the M25, rude customer service.
