        Completely incompetent. Blamed me for using the online booking service to book an appointment (thats the whole point of it) for messing up my daughters eye test and not having long enough to put drops in. Didnt care about her actual eyes or getting her seen. Will never use again.

        I came in with my daughter Bella, the service I received from booking the appointment to attending was amazing. All of the staff are very attentive, great with young kid . Special mention to the initial gentleman that had seen Bella so lovely even bought my daughter chocolates. The girl that helped with Bellas specs too, so very friendly and informative. Thank you guys xx
