Elite Vision

Horrible service, to say the least. I placed an order to their Barkingside store to have my glass power changed. The gentleman confirmed that I will have it on Friday (September 23, 22). I called them today, and they said they couldn't deliver it to me now, but they would try again on Monday. Despite the fact that they are unsure. They told I'd probably have it on Wednesday or Thursday. If they are unable to provide it, they should notify me immediately. It was extremely poor customer service. It is unacceptable.

Elite Vision are a thoroughly professional and caring eye clinic. I have been going to them for all my children for the past 14 years since moving to Clayhall from Chingford. I usually go to the Barkingside branch but have also been to their Ilford branch and have always received the same consistency in care and service. Especially during emergencies. My 21 year old son recently needed to see them urgently and inspite of lockdown.. they did their best to fit him in. Their staff are helpful and pleasant on the phone. I thoroughly recommend them. especially for those with young children. Eileen is absolutely brilliant with young kids. and makes them feel completely at ease

This is a great independent opticians. The staff are first class and their resident optometrist is knowledgeable and very helpful as well. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Elite Vision with my family for many years and service has always been to a high standard. If anyone is looking for a good trustworthy local optician I would strongly advise coming here.
