This place has recently changed there name to Vietnamese nail but its the same owner and untrained staff. The equipment they use is not sanitised inbetween clients and staff are not experienced. I was cut 3 times during a pedicure around my toes as they tried to prep cuticle for nails, it was annoying but didnt think too much of it, 2 days later my foot began to hurt and continued to get worse, after being unable to bare weight on it I ended up in A&E to be told I have cellulitis which occurs through open wounds and bacteria entering then they pointed at my toes and said here are the cuts, thats how youve caught the infection. Firstly I should never of been cut through a pedicure and secondly if the equipment was clean this would of never happened!! I would rate this place a 0 star if I could, this is the first review Ive ever left but its just to warn people! I would never normally go hospital over a bad foot Id assume I sprained it but my bf pressured me to go which its good I did as cellulitis untreated turns to sepsis which can be fatal! I spoke to the management here after it happened so theyre aware so they can start a deep clean and to sanitise theyre tools and they said sorry heres a 30 voucher to use with us Ridiculous, I would never return to this shop again!! In fact its put me off the idea of having a pedicure ever! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

My name is Marie and I am a Solicitor in Chigwell. I have used this salon since it opened and know the owner well. However, I will not be returning because for the first time I was angry and dissatisfied. I went in to have my dip colour removed and dip put back on. The lady came over and before I could stop her she had cut my nails short. When I asked what she was doing she said cutting off the tips. I told her I didnt have tips and they were my own nails. She said sorry. Not good enough. I then had what was left of my nails shaped and dip put back on. The dip is so thin the clear polish peeled off the dip colour has fallen off in places and broken my nails. My nails are now in the worst condition they have ever been in and all for30 instead of 35. I waited a few months before posting this review as I wanted to make sure that all my appointments were as good as the first one. I come here every 2 to 3 weeks for infills and colour change and its usually always really busy. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and Ive never had any problems. The care and attention they give whilst doing nails is second to none and they are all extremely talented and I just wouldnt go anywhere else. Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails, Nail designs, Gel manicures

Worst experience theyre getting worse. Ive been coming here for years and try justify it because they are near by where I live. I would not recommend going here. They are so inconsistent. I had a pedicure yesterday and the woman that was doing it half way through goes to the other partner shop. someone takes over but I only had a pedicure on one foot. They removed the dead skin off one foot and left it on the other one. I got my nails done at 6:30pm yesterday, today I noticed that its chipped. On my French tip the white lines werent equal, his excuse was your fingers are different sizes. Instead of owning that they arent equal and dont look similar to each other. Any colours Ive asked them to do they will say no we dont have it even tho Ive got it thetr before Services: Pedicure, Manicure
