I attended RMS for almost 10 years and loved every day I spent there! The staff are incredibly dedicated and there are many opportunities thrown your way (orchestras, choirs, ensembles, etc), plus there is a large range of equipment (especially for percussion, I took that for granted when attending). They also encourage you to take up other instruments that you are interested in, I started with recorder before moving to oboe as well as percussion and I am thankful for that little push. If you want your kid to pursue an instrument, I cant recommend this music service enough
