Used BTRS Ltd to replace decking and garden fence panels. They were exceptionally professional, polite and have done a fantastic job. From the initial call they were able to visit within a couple of days, giving a very competitive price and arranged to have the job done within the next couple of weeks. They have even tidied up after themselves so I would highly recommend.

I asked for a quote to get my shed, decking and fence panels repaired. They were quick to organise someone to come over and measure everything up to give me a quote. However I've been waiting 3 weeks for a quote and have chased 4 times, asking when are they able to get back to me. If you were unable to do the work, you should have let me know. Disappointed.

Waiting for my seeding to be done but no replies. Excellent service from start to finish. We are very pleased with the standard of work and attention to detail. BTR were reliable, knowledgable and the work was of a good standard. We left them in charge of the whole project, they brought the materials, overhauled the garden and then cleaned away the rubbish afterwards. We received a visit beforehand for a quote, then work started fairly promptly when it was possible to do so. Don't pay attention to the last review left on here, as with building and landscaping work, a little patience is always needed! only 4 stars so far, as we are waiting for a planned maintenance visit, pending the lockdown easing.
