        I sent a item back for exchange and over a week later, despite being promised a 2 working day turnaround had no notification of the new order number and despitef contacting them and phoning them etc I had also no replies. I know they received the parcel cos I sent via tracked courier. I am unhappy with how thier communication is, its very poor
