I recently got married and my wedding saree needed to be dry cleaned. I called this shop prior to attending and asked them if they have experience with South Indian sarees. The owner informed me that she did, so I trusted her and gave her my saree to be dry cleaned. On collection she told me that there was a very small hole that she noticed on my saree. I asked her to show me and she told me that it was difficult to show me as she had folded it nicely. I went home and was completely shocked to see that she had burnt my saree in three separate locations. The burns are so big that I will never be able to wear this saree ever again. She charged me full price and completely ruined my saree. I will never recommend anyone to this dry cleaners. She knew exactly what she did and she couldnt be far from honest to tell me. I would strongly advise anyone not to use this facility because she will ruin your clothes especially a saree. I am so hurt by this so I am writing this review to warn others. Please do not use this dry cleaners on really important traditional wedding attire.

The lady is friendly, and she shortened my maxi dress hem (2 layers) for a reasonable price and to a good standard. I went there because the dry cleaners near my home said the fabric was too delicate for them to cut, but Lagoon sorted it out no problem. I have had about 8 dresses altered here over the past 4 months and they have always done a good job and prices are reasonable.
