Waited on the for 20mins after giving my details reception staff said hello then less then 5 secs the phone was put down I could hear the member of staff very clear.

As well as several other things there's also something seriously wrong with the phone system at this surgery. I called from my mobile at 2pm, was number 2 in the queue then number 1 within the first 5 mins. I then seemed to be held at number 1 for some time so decided to call from my landline all the time keeping the call on my mobile going. On my landline I started off at number 8 in the queue and within 15 mins had gone up the queue and spoken with the Receptionist but all the while the call on my mobile was still saying I was number one in the queue, where I'd now been for 25 mins!!! I mentioned to the Receptionist that there seems to be a problem with their phone system but whether anything will actually be done about it remains to be seen.

Reception staff or GPs not very helpful at this surgery. We spend about an hour early in the morning to get an appointment just for the doctor to call at any random time. When requested a call back, reception said to contact out of hours services. They don't care for patients. Despite knowing patient's symptoms or conditions they didn't bother to just call back. They are paid from our tax monies just to do nothing.... 0 star for this experience. Next day after seeing the review, one kind Doctor, Dr Imran made effort to reach out to me and offered to help. This shows that we can find kind people everywhere. 3 stars for efforts made by Dr Imran Thank you Dr Imran Umrani

My faith has been restored in regard to this surgery mainly and only due to the absolute professionalism of Cherelle the phlebotomist who works there. Such a great fantastic representation of the NHS as it should be, with A lot of Care & understanding, I felt at ease the first & second time i had a home visit to have my blood taken and could not flaw anything, Flawless! 10/10 in regards to how she dealt with me. I do honestly hope the surgery appreciates the service that is given by Cherelle, & It is has not gone unnoticed, She's a tremendous asset to the NHS & That surgary which seriously needs a overall evaluation, unfortunately, The service otherwise I have had from there causes me serious concerns in the past & i have had to place several complaints. There is a lot of unsung heroes who work hard & beyond in the NHS & this lady has illustrated genuine honest care & Is an Unsung hero in my view & Opinion, You can tell there is compassion and empathy for people who are ill or need a nice smiling presents. And that was delivered today, I do not know how some of the best NHS staff go through the intolerable pressure served on them, Thank you for being kind & Giving me a sense of hope, & restoring the fact that there are wonderful beautiful souled people within the workforce who care for the community like I had today. Blessings and positive energy for her future, I wish her nothing but the best. Cherelle I could not Thank you enough!
