First off, I struggled to find this place .This business has no external signage at all and is within another business. It is also 2 doors down from where 503 is written on the building. I arrived 15 minutes late as a result as I had to go to the cafe and pull up the Treatwell page to work out what happened. I walked well pass the shop. Laura then told me she was unwilling to do a steam and extraction in the remaining 45 minutes and was only going to wash my face and mask it, something I could have easily done at home. The fact she could not simply extract my face as I requested was a denial of services. She was very rude and rather than said, "Oh maybe I'll consider hanging a sign" she blamed me for being unable to find her. In addition to this, she cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled it after the appointment was first created. She also refused a refund in the salon when I asked for it. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have been getting facials for 20 years and going to the same woman in NYC for a decade. I have never experienced such rudeness and I'm from NYC. This is saying something. Update: She also sent me possibly the rudest text to my personal phone after leaving this review. It just re-affirmed my suspicion that this is not the level of professional service I am used to.
