Sonia is amazing. Shes fast, professional and friendly - its always a pleasure for her to do my waxing. Im very happy with my full body wax she did today and a couple months ago. Im feeling great and way more confident after she waxed me. Thank you Sonia youre great at what you do! If you live in Barkingside this is your go to for waxing, every time Ive been here Ive always felt so comfortable.

Not the best customer service. I came in to ask about my hair and as I am a hijabi I asked if I could show the receptionist (who mentioned she was an hairdresser) my hair in a private space. Another hairdresser told me to just get into a corner which was still exposed to public view and didnt answer my questions. She was offering treatments which was useful however I primarily asked her about the condition of my hair. My friend and I also came to ask about facials and although we understood it was a late Sunday afternoon we were made to wait only to be told they had bookings. They couldve provided alternative dates from the offset instead of making us wait.

Had such a good experience with waxing, Raji was amazing and they really do have the most lovely staff in general. It was quick and painless, and she did a great job with it too. Will be coming back again!
