We had registered with the Hastings office, but decided to pop up to Fairlight to introduce ourselves. A chat with Colin resulted in our being advised about a property on the market but through another agent and a new home for us (although it's still early days in negotiations.) Many thanks Colin!

No competition in the village so they don't have to try too hard to please potential clients and they know it.
