Rooms: The Bluebell room was well presented, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and included all the elements to give you a luxurious stay. Food & drinks: The food was lovely. Sandra and Steve were very attentive to make sure that they could meet any dietary issues you may have.

Sandra and Steve are the best hosts at Stream House. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, our break here was very relaxing with wonderful gardens to enjoy and a huge bath tub to relax and unwind in! Location is great to explore the local area, Rye being very pretty to have a day out to. We felt very well looked after and will definitely be returning . Thank you!

We had a lovely long weekend at Stream House. We were looking for a B&B in Rye, but wanted something special. Stream House has a gorgeous garden and you can do lots of beautiful walks nearby. We stayed last autumn and there were beautiful flowers everywhere. Thinking of coming back in spring to see the bluebells. Thank you for a great stay!
