Normally staff are very friendly and helpful but & very big but for me. I asked a member of staff an older gentleman with grey hair who was stocking up shelves if he could help me find something. He looked at me with such anger for interrupting him that he clearly didn't want to help, so I did say to him " don't worry you clearly don't want to help" he shrugged & carried on with what he was doing. The young lad at the till apologized & did try to help like he always does. Get rid of your unhelpful staff who should be there to help. I suggest he doesn't work in customer service.
