Hugely impressed with Nick Varns and the empathy and expertise he brought into treating a very troublesome heel. From struggling to walk without feeling any pain, I am back running through a combination of personal face-to-face sessions and exercises he recommended! I have worked with several physios over the years and Nick is right up there with the best. Thank you Nick!

I badly broke my ankle and suffered for over a year, I was unable to run properly and this stopped me from doing the sports and activities that are so important to me. I was down to three options; another surgery, a cortisol injection straight into the joint or a final run at physio therapy. I decided to give physio one last go and I am so glad I did. From the first session with Nick I could tell that this was the expretise and attention I was missing from the previous NHS physio I had been too, and over the course of a few sessions I was back to the sports I loved. The sessions were effective and so was the advice for exercises to complete at home. I can't thank Nick enough.

Ive been treated a couple of times by Nick with similar injuries and the treatment has been thorough and effective, the administration of the appointments is very efficient and overall a very professional service. Would definitely recommend!
