The reception staff are always so rude. Make me feel very uncomfortable. I went it to try and ask a question today and was made to feel like Im bothered the lady at the desk.

Unfortunately the receptionist wouldnt give me her name. Instead she put the phone down on me. As I have only been to this surgery once since moving into the area. And my twins being born. I have found the receptionist very rood. Trys to give you medical advice and instructions even tho she is not medically trained to do so. And my children are under a year old.

Have phoned for a week and a half now and their ansaphone message says they r busy - please try later. When u phone in the afternoon they say phone tomorrow - its too late now - they used to be really good but their new system is awful - this will cause deaths - very dangerous

Amazing service - receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, appointment made in a timely manner, GP on time, listened to my concerns and supported a treatment plan. Prescription sent to pharmacy and picked up same day. Couldn't ask for a better GP practice -thank you
