Phoned to her blood results she kept telling me the results of previous test, very rude, talking over me, reused to give me her name and refused to put me on the duty list because my reason given its regarding on going issues wasnt good enough she wanted me to tell her the ins and outs, honestly shocking and the surgery should be ashamed employing people like that

Terrible experience time after time. Not listened to, also made to be a lier about my health conditions where iv had to send my own medical evidence. The receptionist staff are rude and unhelpful. Do not want to help with anything. Just leaving me to suffer.

I have recently joined this surgery and I am finding, so far, that Receptionists are helpful and polite. The two GPs I saw were exceptional, listened to all my concerns, did not rush the appointment and explained things thoroughly. I would definitely recommend it.

Can someone please explain why someone is in pain it is impossible to get an appointment and had to wait a week for a phone call!!!

My experience at this surgery has been consistently excellent. Although it can be quite a wait to get through on the phone to book an appointment sometimes, that's also the case with lots of other organisations, and it depends on what time you call. The doctors are all fantastic no matter which one I see. When I've needed repeat prescriptions they are dealt with promptly. When I've had data or privacy issues they have been addressed professionally. And when I've needed to speak to a doctor the same day for something urgent, they have always responded. First class.
