Responding to JGD question - Please review your driver's dashcam footage from Monday. You will see him try tailgating and swerving towards the back of my car for no apparent reason on a single lane merged road in slow moving traffic. He then sat gesturing, shouting, and threatening me from his van. This is extremely intimidating to a female on her own in a vehicle, thank goodness my children weren't in the car as they would have been absolutely terrified. If this is the way he behaves when behind the wheel of a van, I dread to think what he'd actually do in person. Not the sort of person anyone would want working in their home or even a building site!
